Her expertise lies in helping leaders and managers understand their strengths and maximize their impact within their organisations. Tricia is also a published author and has contributed to various articles on effective team building and management practices.

Colman Collins

Colman Collins is a seasoned management consultant with over 25 years of experience in leadership development and organisational transformation. As the founder of CC Consulting, he has partnered with numerous businesses to enhance managerial effectiveness and drive performance improvements. Colman is also a published author, known for his insights into effective management practices. His extensive experience and practical approach make him a sought-after advisor for companies aiming to cultivate high-performing leadership teams.

Jacinta Greene

Jacinta Greene is an experienced HR leader with over 20 years in human resource management. As Head of HR at Supermac’s, she oversees HR operations for 4,500 employees across 120 locations in Ireland, ensuring compliance, talent development, and alignment with business goals. A CIPD Fellow with a background in industrial relations, recruitment, and employee engagement, Jacinta is dedicated to fostering a positive and inclusive workplace culture. As part of the Senior Leadership Team, she plays a key role in driving HR strategies that support both people and business success.

John Raftery

John is a senior consultant with LEAP. LEAP have been in business since 2001 helping companies to achieve their potential. John specialises in Strategic and Management Development, Productivity and Process Improvement.

He has extensive experience in designing and delivering management support programmes that have transformed business performance. He also held Senior Management Roles in Project Management, Business Management, Strategy & Planning, Manufacturing and Production. John is a past lecturer in Operations Management for Irish Institute of Industrial Engineers.
