Orla King

Orla King

Orla King is an experienced HR Manager, Coach, and Trainer with over 30 years of expertise spanning the private, SME, and public sectors, primarily in media and services. Known for her strategic approach and leadership capabilities, she excels in people management, HR consulting, and transformative coaching. Orla has held roles such as HR Manager at TG4 and HR Executive at Údarás na Gaeltachta, where she implemented HR strategies, managed talent development, and enhanced employee engagement.

John Raftery

John is a senior consultant with LEAP. LEAP have been in business since 2001 helping companies to achieve their potential. John specialises in Strategic and Management Development, Productivity and Process Improvement.

He has extensive experience in designing and delivering management support programmes that have transformed business performance. He also held Senior Management Roles in Project Management, Business Management, Strategy & Planning, Manufacturing and Production. John is a past lecturer in Operations Management for Irish Institute of Industrial Engineers. He holds a Diploma in Personal & Business Life-coaching, a Diploma from U.C.C Project Management Institute and a Dip. in Manufacturing Management from the Irish Management

Ruairi Guckian

GHR Consulting, set up in 2019 by Ruairi Guckian, provides human resources, training and recruitment services to small and medium-sized businesses across the country. The company offers a range of human resources on-demand services with no long service level agreements. We provide HR solutions both in-person and remotely, resulting in the company being able to operate in various regions. We are based in Galway City Centre, and being an SME in the West of Ireland, we thoroughly understand and cater to the needs of other SMEs in the area.

Aine Doherty

Áine is the Head of People & Culture at MKO. Áine has over 15 years of HR experience spanning the clinical research, medical device manufacturing and environmental industries. She holds a Bachelor of Commerce from University of Galway and a Master’s in Human Resource Management from the University of Limerick.
