Working through Lencioni’s Five Behaviours Trust, Conflict, Commitment, Accountability, and Results this team programme uses, individual online team assessment, followed by structured facilitation, group discussion, and practical exercises to build the understanding, honesty, and cohesion that high-performing teams need.
